    Malwarebytes found nothing, neither did Hitman Pro, Spybot, Bitdefender, EEK, UnhackMe. Frustrated.

    Btw, I only get a small blue pop-up from the right side, no annoying ads (I think UBlock Origin is taking care of that) or redirects. I think it broke my Google logo on Chrome. No problem in FF.

    Try manually resetting the Google Chrome browser settings (see the step named “Remove Hidderswera.club pop-ups from Google Chrome” above, if this does not help you remove Hidderswera.club pop-ups, then try the following:
    1. open Google Chrome.
    2. type chrome://settings/content/notifications into the address bar.
    3. remove Hidderswera.club and other suspicious domains from the list by clicking “three vertical dots” icon next to each and selecting Remove.

    No pop-ups! Recommend this as the first try rather than doing a bunch of scans and downloading anti-malware, etc.
