I really need help, my chrome is showing a message saying it is being controlled remotely. I think my device is infected with a virus.

If suddenly you find out that Chrome is controlled remotely, managed by an unknown administrator or company, then most likely your computer is infected with malware, adware or PUPs. To restore Chrome settings, you need to delete the security policies installed by malware, as well as scan your computer for malware.
