Myantispyware team August 15, 2020

Myantispyware team discovered a new variant of the “We have installed one RAT software into you device” email scam that uses 16dUrec9DMpvxa4cZzVmB5pb7KEbczMBxy Bitcoin wallet account to get money from its victims. This scam differs from the original version in that its creators changed some letters in the message. They inserted ‘а’ (UTF-16: 0x0430) instead of ‘a’. Otherwise, everything remains the same. Like before, this bitcoin blackmail scam spreads via spam emails. The scam is sent out to thousands of emails at a time.
