News-back.com pop-up is a social engineering attack. It forces users to accept browser notification spam via the web-browser. Remove News-back.com notifications from internet browsers

If you have clicked the “Allow” button in the News-back.com pop-up and gave a notification permission, you should remove this notification permission first from your web-browser settings.   • Scroll down to the ‘Permissions’ section and click the ‘Settings’ button next to ‘Notifications’.
  • In the opened window, locate News-back.com, other questionable URLs, click the drop-down menu and choose ‘Block’.
  • Click ‘Save Changes’ button.
  • In the top-right corner, click the Edge menu button (it looks like three dots).
  • Scroll down to ‘Settings’. In the menu on the left go to ‘Advanced’.
  • Click ‘Manage permissions’ button under ‘Website permissions’.
  • Disable the on switch for the News-back.com URL.

  • In the top right corner of the screen, click on the gear icon (menu button).
  • In the drop-down menu select ‘Internet Options’.
  • Select the ‘Privacy’ tab and click ‘Settings below ‘Pop-up Blocker’ section.
  • Select the News-back.com domain and other dubious URLs under and remove them one by one by clicking the ‘Remove’ button.
  • Click ‘Safari’ button on the top-left corner of the screen and select ‘Preferences’.
  • Open ‘Websites’ tab, then in the left menu click on ‘Notifications’.
  • Check for News-back.com site, other dubious URLs and apply the ‘Deny’ option for each.

Get rid of News-back.com pop-up ads from Firefox

If the Mozilla Firefox web browser application is hijacked, then resetting its settings can help. The Reset feature is available on all modern version of Mozilla Firefox. A reset can fix many issues by restoring Mozilla Firefox settings such as startpage, default search engine and new tab page to their default state. However, your themes, bookmarks, history, passwords, and web form auto-fill information will not be deleted.

First, run the Firefox and press Firefox menu button button. It will display the drop-down menu on the right-part of the web browser. Further, press the Help button (Mozilla Firefox help button) like the one below.

Another way to open the “Troubleshooting Information” screen – type “about:support” in the internet browser adress bar and press Enter. It will show the “Troubleshooting Information” page as displayed in the following example. In the upper-right corner of this screen, click the “Refresh Firefox” button.

It will show the confirmation prompt. Further, click the “Refresh Firefox” button. The Mozilla Firefox will start a process to fix your problems that caused by the News-back.com adware. Once, it is done, click the “Finish” button.

Remove News-back.com ads from IE

By resetting Internet Explorer web browser you return your web-browser settings to its default state. This is first when troubleshooting problems that might have been caused by adware software which cause undesired News-back.com pop-ups.

Remove News-back.com advertisements from Chrome

In this step we are going to show you how to reset Google Chrome settings. potentially unwanted software such as the adware can make changes to your web browser settings, add toolbars and undesired extensions. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the “Advanced” link. Now scroll down until the “Reset” section is visible, as on the image below and press the “Reset settings to their original defaults” button.

You need to confirm your action, click the “Reset” button. The web browser will launch the procedure of cleaning. Once it’s finished, the browser’s settings including new tab, startpage and search provider by default back to the values which have been when the Chrome was first installed on your computer.
