  • Find and tap the web browser that displays Basemedia.me browser notification spam ads.
  • Locate Basemedia.me URL in the list and disable it.

  • Click the Menu button (three horizontal stripes) on the top-right corner of the Firefox window.
  • Go to ‘Options’, and Select ‘Privacy & Security’ on the left side of the window.
  • Scroll down to ‘Permissions’ section and click ‘Settings…’ button next to ‘Notifications’.
  • Locate sites you down’t want to see notifications from (for example, Basemedia.me), click on drop-down menu next to each and select ‘Block’.
  • Save changes.
  • In the top right corner, click on the three dots to expand the Edge menu.
  • Scroll down to ‘Settings’. In the menu on the left go to ‘Advanced’.
  • Click ‘Manage permissions’ button below ‘Website permissions’.
  • Right-click the Basemedia.me URL. Click ‘Delete’.

  • Click ‘Tools’ button in the right upper corner of the window.
  • Select ‘Internet options’.
  • Select the ‘Privacy’ tab and click ‘Settings under ‘Pop-up Blocker’ section.
  • Locate the Basemedia.me site and click the ‘Remove’ button to remove the domain.
  • Go to ‘Preferences’ in the Safari menu.
  • Select the ‘Websites’ tab and then select ‘Notifications’ section on the left panel.
  • Find the Basemedia.me and select it, click the ‘Deny’ button.

Get rid of Basemedia.me pop-ups from Internet Explorer
