In order to restore all web-browser newtab page, default search provider and start page you need to reset the Internet Explorer to the state, that was when the Microsoft Windows was installed on your system.

First, open the IE, click Internet Explorer tools menu icon) button. Next, click “Internet Options” as on the image below.
