hello, i have a computer completely disabled by malwear protector 2008. i have tryed everything i could think of to remove this pest. i have used add/remove program to remove it but it persisted. i have purchased spyhunter 3 and this software removed malware protector from every file exept for two registry entries: HKCU
software\adsl software limited\win spyware protect and HKCU\software\adsl software limited\win spyware protect 5.1. spyhunter sees these two entries during scan, it apparently removes them, but not for real. they show up at the next scan unmolested. i am beginning to think that i will have to reformat this drive to get rid of this beast, may his creator rot in hell!!!

I had the same problem on my daughter\’s computer for most of June. I use Malwarebyte\’s anti-malware program and the first 4 updates this month didn\’t work. Then, last time did the trick and this POs is a distant memory.
