after i downloaded zemena anti spyware and did scan went to download the adguard and zemena says its quarantined ??? why please help. I had tons of crap on my pc after that letter I got and i didnt click anything and my password was in the email i am freaking out cancelled all debit cards

False positive. AdGuard and adguard_installer are safe. Just checked this file on virustotal.

If you received an email in which someone reports that he hacked your email account and has your password as well as the entire address book, then do not believe this. This email is a form of social engineering attack that is used to trick you to pay a ransom. Feel free to delete this email. If the password provided in the email is still used by you, then change it immediately.
