First, all my file extension changed to .erif
then, i restart
after restart, all file changed to .erif.CacCcbbCca
so,
Can you detect what’s key type used for this ID? Online or Offline Decrypt? Can be Decrypt or not?

It looks like your files are encrypted twice. First, the files were encrypted by the STOP Djvu ransomware (erif variant), and then the encrypted files were encrypted by the Avaddon ransomware. It is impossible to decrypt such files. Even paying two ransoms does not guarantee file decryption. The only chance to restore files is to use the steps from the following guide: How to recover encrypted files.
