I can not remove adware that keeps coming back. A few days ago, I downloaded a free program. It installed an adware on my computer. This Adware keeps coming back every time I try to remove it.

If adware keeps coming back after removal then you could not completely delete it from your computer. In order to completely remove adware, it is not enough to remove it from the control panel using “Uninstall a program” console. In most cases, adware hides its parts.
