Rplnd9.com pop-ups are a scam that uses social engineering techniques to lure unsuspecting users into allowing browser notifications. Although browser push notifications cannot harm users directly, scammers use them to display intrusive ads, promote fake software, and encourage users to visit shady web-sites.
