  • Tap the ‘Clean & Reset’ button and confirm.

  • Choose ‘Options’ and click on ‘Privacy & Security’ on the left hand side of the browser window.
  • Scroll down to ‘Permissions’ and then to ‘Settings’ next to ‘Notifications’.
  • Locate sites you down’t want to see notifications from (for example, Centralheat.me), click on drop-down menu next to each and select ‘Block’.
  • Save changes.
  • Click the More button (three dots) in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • Scroll down to ‘Settings’. In the menu on the left go to ‘Advanced’.

In the “Internet Options” screen, select the “Advanced” tab, then click the “Reset” button. The IE will open the “Reset Internet Explorer settings” prompt. Further, press the “Delete personal settings” check box to select it. Next, press the “Reset” button as displayed below.

Once the process is done, press “Close” button. Close the Microsoft Internet Explorer and reboot your device for the changes to take effect. This step will help you to restore your internet browser’s search engine by default, homepage and new tab to default state.

This step will help you delete Centralheat.me pop-up ads, third-party toolbars, disable malicious plugins and return your default start page, new tab page and search engine settings.

Press the Menu button (looks like three horizontal lines), and click the blue Help icon located at the bottom of the drop down menu as displayed below.

Reset Google Chrome settings will remove Centralheat.me popups from web-browser and disable harmful plugins. It will also clear cached and temporary data (cookies, site data and content). However, your themes, bookmarks, history, passwords, and web form auto-fill information will not be deleted.

  1. First launch the Google Chrome and click Menu button (small button in the form of three dots).
  2. It will display the Google Chrome main menu. Select More Tools, then press Extensions.
  3. You’ll see the list of installed extensions. If the list has the extension labeled with “Installed by enterprise policy” or “Installed by your administrator”, then complete the following guidance: Remove Chrome extensions installed by enterprise policy.
  4. Now open the Google Chrome menu once again, press the “Settings” menu.
  5. You will see the Chrome’s settings page. Scroll down and press “Advanced” link.
  6. Scroll down again and click the “Reset” button.
  7. The Chrome will display the reset profile settings page as shown on the screen above.
  8. Next click the “Reset” button.
  9. Once this task is complete, your web-browser’s startpage, default search engine and new tab page will be restored to their original defaults.
