  3. You will see the list of installed addons. If the list has the addon labeled with “Installed by enterprise policy” or “Installed by your administrator”, then complete the following steps: Remove Chrome extensions installed by enterprise policy.
  4. Now open the Chrome menu once again, click the “Settings” menu.
  5. You will see the Google Chrome’s settings page. Scroll down and click “Advanced” link.
  6. Scroll down again and click the “Reset” button.
  7. The Chrome will display the reset profile settings page as shown on the screen above.
  8. Next click the “Reset” button.
  9. Once this procedure is finished, your web browser’s search engine, newtab page and start page will be restored to their original defaults.

Remove Moatads ads from Firefox

Resetting Firefox web browser will reset all the settings to their original state and will remove Moatads pop-up advertisements, malicious add-ons and extensions. However, your saved passwords and bookmarks will not be changed, deleted or cleared.

First, open the Firefox. Next, press the button in the form of three horizontal stripes (Mozilla Firefox menu button). It will display the drop-down menu. Next, click the Help button (Firefox help button).

Get rid of Moatads pop-up advertisements from Microsoft Internet Explorer

By resetting Internet Explorer web-browser you return your browser settings to its default state. This is first when troubleshooting problems that might have been caused by adware responsible for redirecting your web browser to Moatads page.
