In the Help menu click the “Troubleshooting Information”. In the upper-right corner of the “Troubleshooting Information” page click on “Refresh Firefox” button as displayed in the following example.
Confirm your action, click the “Refresh Firefox”.
Get rid of New Browse from Chrome
If your Google Chrome web browser is redirected to undesired “New Browse” web page, it may be necessary to completely reset your web-browser program to its default settings.
First launch the Google Chrome. Next, click the button in the form of three horizontal stripes (). It will open the main menu. Further, press the option named “Settings”. Another way to open the Google Chrome’s settings – type chrome://settings in the web browser adress bar and press Enter.
The web browser will show the settings screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Show advanced settings” link. Now scroll down until the “Reset settings” section is visible, as displayed in the following example and click the “Reset settings” button.
The Google Chrome will display the confirmation prompt. You need to confirm your action, click the “Reset” button. The browser will run the task of cleaning. Once downloading is done, close all applications and windows on your PC system. Open a directory in which you saved it. Double-click on the icon that’s called Zemana.AntiMalware.Setup as shown on the screen below.

Now click the “Scan Now” button to start scanning your computer for the browser hijacker infection that causes browsers to show undesired “New Browse” page. A scan may take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of files on your system and the speed of your computer.
