Open the Google Chrome menu by clicking on the button in the form of three horizontal stripes (google chrome menu button). It opens the drop-down menu. Next, click the “Settings” option.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Show advanced settings” link. Now scroll down until the Reset settings section is visible, as shown on the screen below and click the “Reset settings” button.

Confirm your action, click the “Reset” button.

Get rid of creativesrv.com advertisements from Internet Explorer

First, start the IE, then click the button in the form of gear (Internet Explorer tools menu icon). It will open the Tools drop-down menu as shown on the screen below. Next, click the “Internet Options”.

In the Internet Options window click on the Advanced tab, then click the Reset button. The IE will display the “Reset Internet Explorer settings” window as shown in the figure below. Select the “Delete personal settings” check box, then press on “Reset” button.

You will now need to restart your PC for the changes to take effect.

Disinfect the browser’s shortcuts to remove creativesrv.com redirect

When installed, the adware may add an argument similar “http://site.address” into the Target property of the desktop shortcut for the Google Chrome, FF, Internet Explorer and MS Edge. Due to this, every time you launch the browser, it will display the creativesrv.com annoying web-site.

Right click on the browser’s shortcut, click Properties option. On the Shortcut tab, locate the Target field. Get rid of unwanted Scheduled Tasks

If the unwanted creativesrv.com page opens automatically on Windows startup or at equal time intervals, then you need to check the Task Scheduler Library and remove all the tasks that have been created by ‘ad-supported’ application.

If you are not sure that executes the task, check it through a search engine. If it’s a component of the malicios application, then this task also should be removed.

Once the download is finished, close all windows on your PC system. Further, open the file named mb3-setup. If the “User Account Control” dialog box pops up as shown below, click the Yes button.
