Get rid of browser hijacker related software by using Windows Control Panel
Press Windows key , then click Search . Type “Control panel”and press Enter. If you using Windows XP or Windows 7, then click “Start” and select “Control Panel”. It will open the Windows Control Panel as shown below.
Click “Uninstall a program” It will open a list of all programs. Scroll through the all list, and uninstall any suspicious and unknown programs.

Get rid of browser hijacker in Google Chrome

Uninstall browser hijacker from Mozilla Firefox
If the Mozilla Firefox settings such as homepage, search engine by default have been changed by the hijacker infection, then resetting it to the default state can help.

Remove browser hijacker from Internet Explorer
Run Microsoft Internet Explorer, press ). Click “Internet Options” as shown below. In the “Internet Options” screen select the Advanced tab. Next press Reset button. The Internet Explorer will display the Reset Internet Explorer settings prompt. Select the “Delete personal settings” check box
and press Reset button. You will now need to restart your system for the changes to take effect. It will remove browser hijacker infection, disable malicious and ad-supported browser’s extensions and restore the Internet Explorer’s start page to default state.

Now click on the “Scan Now” button to start scanning your personal computer for the browser hijacker infection that cause a redirect to an unwanted web-site. This procedure can take some time, so please be patient.
