  2. ! Great !

I followed the instructions, but I had the problem of not being able to run the file mbam.exe. I had to change the name and then run it.

In Safe Mode, Software detect infected files and records of windows that had been changed (save the list in a notepad file), but when I tried to run the clean process, the machine was blocked.

After that, I had to restart Windows in Safe Mode again and run explorer in order to find the file “protector-eoai.exe” (it is installed in \Users\username\Appdata\Roaming\ directory) and manually delete it.

You then have the problem to erase all records infected in Windows Register. In this moment the Virus (Windows Pro Web Helper) is blocking yet the regedit.exe and you can´t to run the application to delete those records.

Then, restart again the computer and enter in normal mode to windows. At this moment the Virus is not running (Great) but you have to delete the infected windows records. Now execute again the mbam software and detect again the records, but now you can clean it.

After, restart again and virus has disappear.

Be sure that enter to Recycle Bin and delete all, in order to be safe that you don´t load it (by curious).

Thank you very much for you help.
