The “Your system is infected with 3 viruses” warning is a fake (misleading ads), you can safely ignore it. But, you should be alerted by another. If you write that this warning is constantly appearing in your browser, then I think that your browser has become a victim of adware.

In order to remove adware (in this way, you will remove “Your system is infected with 3 viruses” warnings), I recommend that you do the following:
1. uninstall suspicious applications
2. reset browser settings
3. scan your MAC with Malwarebytes or another malware remover.

This is described in detail in this manual: How to remove adware from Mac
