Hi There,
On 28th July’19, I was working on my PC and suddenly it got auto restarted while installing a downloaded software from Torrent. After a restart, all the files and folder on my PC got compromised and encrypted with passwords.
A Readme.txt file got attached with all the folders and files, which is asking for a ransom of $980 to be paid to decrypt the files and folders. I have not paid any amount to them and since my computer is hacked and infected by a virus I suspect that the hackers can misuse it by anyway.
So seeking your help to deal with the problem to decrypt the files of my computer. I’ve also tried all the mentioned tools and software which has present in this site. But unfortunately those were failed to resolve my issue.
Please suggest some solution and proper actions to be carried out further for this issue to get rid out of this and recover my files.
