My personal ID is khDTuGnvEmPBmQTmnIE3e5AmoVLpt6qMFBCS29A3 and the decryptor said the decryption is impossible, appeared to be an online ID. I have tried to recover the files using shadow explorer and photorec also, but it didn\’t work. Will be pleased to know anything i can do to decrypt all my files. Thank you

If the files are encrypted with the online key, they cannot be decrypted.
