Hi. My computer was infected by .lokd ransomware. I read your article, and I removed virus from my machine, but I can’t restore my file. Programs, which you recommmend (shadow explorer 9.0, and PhotoRec) are not working. I tried both of them.
Do you know how to decrypt my files?

You did not say which key was used to encrypt your files. If this is an online key, then you cannot decrypt files, if this is an offline key, then you need to use the free Emsisoft STOP Djvu Ransomware Decryptor. If the decryptor cannot decrypt files encrypted with an offline key, then this means that the security researchers have not found this key yet. In this case, you need to be patient and wait.

There are no other ways besides Emsisoft STOP Djvu Ransomware Decryptor and file recovery software (shadow explorer and PhotoRec).
