Please help I can’t stop unwanted pop-ups. I have selected “Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended)” in in Content settings, but it does not help.

Looks like your computer is infected with an adware or PUP (potentially unwanted program). To clean your PC follow these instructions:

Open Windows “Control Panel” -> “Uninstall a program” and remove any unknown programs and all applications that you did not know you installed recently
Download Chrome Cleanup Tool from http://www.myantispyware.com/download/chrome-cleanup-tool and follow these simply steps http://www.myantispyware.com/2015/11/13/how-to-use-chrome-cleanup-tool/
Next, use AdwCleaner, Junkware Removal Tool and Malwarebytes Antimalware. Run all, but one at a time, in that order. Links below:
