Help me recover all encrypted files (mool)

Your files are encrypted with an offline key. Therefore, first try this decryptor, if it fails to decrypt .mool files, the security researchers have not yet obtained the offline key. In this case, it remains only to use ShadowExplorer and PhotoRec as demonstrated here.
