In fact, adware is the cause of most unwanted pop-ups. To find and remove adware, I recommend using AdwCleaner. In addition, you may need to follow the steps from this guide.

The “qvJmgz7aAm7ZSoMBEA7MA5KyutAlCiWpmimhdcrO” ID is related to an online key, so files cannot be decrypted. Try to restore the contents of encrypted files using the steps linked below: How to recover encrypted files.

Phtorec only brought out corrupt files and the restore point of Shadow Explorer is after the after the damage had been done. Emsisoft Decryptor could not decrypt because it has online key lock.
I read somewhere where one can submit both uncorrupted and the encrypted files for unlocking. Is there a way you can offer advice?
    Please help.
    Thanks

If the files are encrypted with the online key, they cannot be decrypted. There are no other recovery methods other than those described in the article (https://www.myantispyware.com/2019/12/04/how-to-recover-encrypted-files-ransomware-file-recovery/). If the methods described in this article did not help you, then I advise you to back up your important files and wait until decryption becomes possible. This can happen in a year, two years, or even never. Follow the news on our website or in our Facebook/YouTube account.

I checked the link and it works fine. Try using a VPN or another Internet provider.
