How to GeoSmartDNS adware get installed onto system

The ad-supported software usually is bundled within another program in the same install package. The risk of this is especially high for the various free applications downloaded from the Internet. The makers of the programs are hoping that users will use the quick installation method, that is simply to click the Next button, without paying attention to the information on the screen and don’t carefully considering every step of the install procedure. Thus, the adware can infiltrate your computer without your knowledge. Therefore, it is very important to read all the information that tells the application during setup, including the ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Software license’. Use only the Manual, Custom or Advanced install method. This mode will help you to disable all optional and unwanted programs and components.

To sum up

After completing the steps above, your computer should be clean from this ‘ad supported’ software and other malicious software. The Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Edge will no longer show unwanted GeoSmartDNS ads when you browse the Net. Unfortunately, if the steps does not help you, then you have caught a new adware, and then the best way – ask for help.
