    Iris, had the same problem. To install change mbam-setup.exe to anything else e.g. gnashingofteeth.exe. The program will install but not run yet.
    Go to C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and change ‘mbam.exe’ to anything you like e.g. gotyayabas.exe. Double click on this file in Windows Explorer and the program opens.

    Worked for me anyway.

    This is the easiest way to fix it. Takes like 30 seconds and its what the people at cyber security tell you to do. Good luck. This was a really annoying problem.

    Open My computer, choose Disk C;
    2. Find Program Files=>Common Files=>CSUninstall=>Uninstall
    3. Run the file Uninstall.lnk

    Hi! I used your program and followed the steps. However, when I go into the control panel and click add/remove programs it still says that Cyber Security is still on the list. Does this mean that the program didn’t work? Or what’s the deal? Please help!
