Problem regarding EIUR ransomware .eiur

Dear Sir. I am facing the problem encrypted .

1. I can access Task Manager But there is no any 4 character extension which are said by you.
2. there is no any 4 character word for extension in Start-Up
3. No any option for Time Trigger in Task Scheduler Library which I can delete.

Kindly guide me how I get resolve my matter for Eiur .
