hi,,,my laptop has been infected with the virus which changed files extension to .redl
i had tried several steps with no success.
help me.

If your files are encrypted with the extension ‘.redl’, then after you delete the Redl virus you need to try to decrypt the files using a free decryptor called Emsisoft STOP Djvu Ransomware Decryptor. Unfortunately, this decryptor can decrypt files only if they are encrypted with an offline key.
