Your files are encrypted with an offline key. Therefore, first try Emsisoft STOP Djvu Ransomware Decryptor, if it fails to decrypt encrypted files, then security researchers have not yet obtained the ddsg offline key. In this case, try using ShadowExplorer and PhotoRec to recover encrypted files. If these utilities did not help to recover the files, then you just have to wait for the moment when decryption becomes possible.
