I have a little problem, the problem I have is when I’m removing malware, I delete in a way make it a external hard disk then I use another PC, I use Malwarebytes tools and when it’s finished removing I return to the original PC and after I turn it on I see the message “a disk read error occurred” and it seems that winload is damaged, I am afraid that when I reinstall Windows the encrypted file cannot be decrypted, please help me

Reinstalling the Windows OS will not damage the encrypted files. But files can only be decrypted if they are encrypted with an offline key, and only when researchers obtaine this key.
