Search Window Results Ads is a sign that your parent’s PC is infected with an adware or potentially unwanted program (PUP). This adware is bundled into a free software installers. I suggests you use AdwCleaner and  Malwarebytes Anti-malware to remove Search Window Results Ads. Follow the steps below:

1. Open Control panel, then Uninstall a program console, and uninstall this “free” program, all unused and unknown software.
2. Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode from http://www.myantispyware.com/download/adwcleaner . Close all open programs. Double click on AdwCleaner. Click Scan When the scan of parent’s cimputer has completed. Click on Clean button.
