Open the Google Chrome main menu again, click to “Settings” option.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Advanced” link. Now scroll down until the Reset settings section is visible, such as the one below and click the “Reset settings to their original defaults” button.

Delete Clear History adware from Internet Explorer

In order to restore all web browser homepage, newtab page and search engine you need to reset the IE to the state, which was when the MS Windows was installed on your personal computer.

Get rid of Clear History from Firefox by resetting browser settings

The Mozilla Firefox reset will get rid of redirects to unwanted web sites, modified preferences, extensions and security settings. When using the reset feature, your personal information like passwords, bookmarks, browsing history and web form auto-fill data will be saved.

First, run the Mozilla Firefox and click Firefox menu button button. It will display the drop-down menu on the right-part of the internet browser. Further, click the Help button (Firefox help button) as shown in the figure below.

It will display the “Troubleshooting Information” page like below. In the upper-right corner of this screen, click the “Refresh Firefox” button.

It will open the confirmation prompt. Further, click the “Refresh Firefox” button. The Firefox will begin a task to fix your problems that caused by the Clear History adware. Once, it is done, press the “Finish” button.
