Delete Fake ads in Google search results from Internet Explorer

In order to recover browser settings you need to reset the Internet Explorer to the state, which was when the Windows was installed on your PC system.

First, run the Internet Explorer, then press ‘gear’ icon IE tools menu icon. It will show the Tools drop-down menu on the right part of the browser, then click the “Internet Options” as shown below.
