Remove Fpseek.com search from Chrome

Open the Google Chrome menu by clicking on the button in the form of three horizontal stripes (Chrome menu button). It will display the drop-down menu. Next, click to “Settings” option.

Remove Fpseek.com search from IE

To restore the homepage, new tab and default search engine you need to reset the Internet Explorer to the state, that was when the Windows was installed on your PC system.

First, open the Microsoft Internet Explorer, then click ‘gear’ icon Microsoft Internet Explorer tools menu icon. It will open the Tools drop-down menu on the right part of the browser, then press the “Internet Options” like below.

In the “Internet Options” screen, select the “Advanced” tab, then press the “Reset” button. The Microsoft Internet Explorer will display the “Reset Internet Explorer settings” dialog box. Once the downloading process is complete, close all applications and windows on your computer. Double-click the set up file named mb3-setup. If the “User Account Control” prompt pops up as on the image below, click the “Yes” button.

It will open the “Setup wizard” which will help you install Malwarebytes on your PC. Follow the prompts and don’t make any changes to default settings.

Once installation is finished successfully, click Finish button. Malwarebytes will automatically start and you can see its main screen as on the image below.

Now click the “Scan Now” button to start scanning your personal computer for the browser hijacker infection that cause a redirect to Fpseek.com. When a malware is found, the number of the security threats will change accordingly. Wait until the the checking is finished. Please be patient.
