First, run the Mozilla Firefox. Next, click the button in the form of three horizontal stripes (Firefox menu button). It will show the drop-down menu. Next, click the “Help” button (Firefox help button).

Get rid of astralcharts.info pop-up ads from IE

First, launch the IE, then click the button in the form of gear (Internet Explorer tools menu icon). It will show the Tools drop-down menu as on the image below. Next, click the “Internet Options”.

In the Internet Options window click on the Advanced tab, then press the Reset button. The Internet Explorer will display the “Reset Internet Explorer settings” window as shown below. Select the “Delete personal settings” check box, then click on “Reset” button.

Disinfect the browser’s shortcuts to remove astralcharts.info redirect

Once installed, the adware may add an argument similar “http://site.address” into the Target property of the desktop shortcut for the Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox and Edge. Right click on the web browser’s shortcut, click Properties option. On the Shortcut tab, locate the Target field. Remove unwanted Scheduled Tasks

If the annoying astralcharts.info site opens automatically on Windows startup or at equal time intervals, then you need to check the Task Scheduler Library and get rid of all the tasks that have been created by ‘ad-supported’ program.

How to get rid of astralcharts.info automatically

When downloading is complete, close all programs on your PC. Next, launch the setup file named mb3-setup. If the “User Account Control” prompt pops up like below, click the Yes button.

It will show the “Setup wizard” that will help you install Malwarebytes on your computer. Follow the prompts and don’t make any changes to default settings.

Once installation is finished successfully, click Finish button. Then Malwarebytes will automatically start and you can see its main screen as shown on the image below.

Now click the “Scan Now” button . This will begin scanning the whole system to find out ad-supported software which cause a redirect to astralcharts.info. When the adware or malware is found, the number of the detected objects will change accordingly. Wait until the the checking is done. Please be patient.
