Reset Google Chrome settings is a simple way to uninstall the malware and adware, as well as to restore the web-browser’s settings that have been changed by adware.

First, launch the Internet Explorer, then click the button in the form of gear (Internet Explorer tools menu icon). It will show the Tools drop-down menu like below. Next, click the “Internet Options”.

Once installed, the adware can add a task in to the Windows Task Scheduler Library. Due to this, every time when you open your system, it will open top-wins.club annoying web-page. So, you need to check the Task Scheduler Library and uninstall all tasks that have been created by malicious applications.

Press Windows and R keys on your keyboard at the same time. It will display a dialog box which titled with Run. In the text field, type “taskschd.msc” (without the quotes) and press OK. In the middle part you will see a list of installed tasks. Select the first task, its properties will be open just below automatically. Next, click the Actions tab. If you are not sure that executes the task, then google it. If it is a component of the malicios program, then this task also should be removed.

Once the download is done, close all windows on your PC system. Further, open the file named mb3-setup. If the “User Account Control” prompt pops up as on the image below, click the Yes button.

It will display the “Setup wizard” that will assist you install Malwarebytes on the personal computer. Follow the prompts and do not make any changes to default settings.

Once the setup is complete successfully, press Finish button. Then Malwarebytes will automatically start and you can see its main window as shown in the figure below.

Next, click the “Scan Now” button . This will begin scanning the whole PC system to find out malware and ‘ad-supported’ software that cause the top-wins.club ads.
