remove BrowseModifier:Win32/SupTab!blnk threat

Hello, i need a help.
Windows Defender constantly informs about the BrowseModifier:Win32/SupTab!blnk threat, attempts to remove it that does not help. As the result, the Defender constantly generates a message about the detected threat which has already bothered me.
