How can I remove microsoft alert malicious popup ads from Chrome

I got the “microsoft alert” popup ads that offers call microsoft tech support. How can I remove from Chrome ? I checked block popup, manage extensions and could not find anything. I also tried reset browser’s settings to default and reinstall but still could not solve the problem.
