If your personal id ends with ‘J6’, then this means that your files are encrypted with an online key. In this case, .NPSK files cannot be decrypted, since only the ransomware authors have the decryption key. But not everything is lost, there is a small chance that you will be able to recover the contents of the encrypted files, try using the recovery data utilities.
