First, start the Firefox. Next, click the button in the form of three horizontal stripes (Firefox menu button). It will open the drop-down menu. Next, press the “Help” button (Firefox help button).

In the Help menu, press the “Troubleshooting Information”. In the upper-right corner of the “Troubleshooting Information” page, click “Refresh Firefox” button.

Remove eible.site redirect from Microsoft Internet Explorer

To remove the eible.site redirect you need to reset the IE to the state, that was when the Windows was installed on your computer.

First, run the Microsoft Internet Explorer, then click ‘gear’ icon Internet Explorer tools menu icon. It will show the drop-down menu on the right part of the web browser, then click the “Internet Options” as shown on the image below.

In the “Internet Options” screen, you need to select the “Advanced” tab and click the “Reset” button. The Internet Explorer will show the “Reset Internet Explorer settings” prompt as shown in the figure below. Next, press the “Delete personal settings” check box to select it. After that, press the “Reset” button.

When the procedure is done, press “Close” button. Close the Microsoft Internet Explorer and reboot your PC for the changes to take effect. This step will help you to restore your browser’s settings to default state and disable ‘ad-supported’ extensions.

Delete unwanted Scheduled Tasks

If the annoying eible.site web page opens automatically on Windows startup or at equal time intervals, then you need to check the Task Scheduler Library and get rid of all the tasks that have been created by malicious programs.

Press Windows and R keys on the keyboard simultaneously. This displays a prompt that titled with Run. In the text field, type “taskschd.msc” (without the quotes) and click OK. Task Scheduler window opens. In the left-hand side, click “Task Scheduler Library”, as on the image below.

  3. Once the download process is complete, please close all software and open windows on your computer. Double-click on the icon that’s named mb3-setup.
  4. This will run the Setup wizard of Malwarebytes onto your machine. Follow the prompts and do not make any changes to default settings.
  5. When the Setup wizard has done installing, the malware remover will start and show the main window.
