Get rid of cpa-sg.com advertisements from FF

First, start the Mozilla Firefox. Next, click the button in the form of three horizontal stripes (Firefox menu button). It will show the drop-down menu. Next, click the “Help” button (Mozilla Firefox help button).

In the Help menu, click the “Troubleshooting Information”. In the upper-right corner of the “Troubleshooting Information” page, click “Refresh Firefox” button.

Confirm your action, press the “Refresh Firefox”.

Delete cpa-sg.com ads from Internet Explorer

To delete the cpa-sg.com redirect you need to reset the Internet Explorer to the state, which was when the Windows was installed on your personal computer.

First, run the IE, then press ‘gear’ icon Internet Explorer tools menu icon. It will open the drop-down menu on the right part of the web-browser, then press the “Internet Options” like below.

Once the process is finished, click “Close” button. Close the IE and restart your system for the changes to take effect. This step will help you to restore your browser’s settings to default state and disable ‘ad-supported’ extensions.

Get rid of unwanted Scheduled Tasks

If the annoying cpa-sg.com web site opens automatically on Windows startup or at equal time intervals, then you need to check the Task Scheduler Library and get rid of all the tasks that have been created by malicios program.

  3. When the download process is complete, please close all programs and open windows on your computer. Double-click on the icon that’s named mb3-setup.
  4. This will open the Setup wizard of Malwarebytes onto your system. Follow the prompts and do not make any changes to default settings.
  5. Once the Setup wizard has done installing, the malware remover will start and open the main window.
  6. Further, press the “Scan Now” button to perform a system scan for the ‘ad-supported’ software that redirects your browser to the cpa-sg.com unwanted web site. This procedure can take quite a while, so please be patient.
  7. Once the scan is complete, it will display a screen which contains a list of malicious applications that has been found.
  8. When you are ready, click on “Quarantine Selected” button to start cleaning your machine. Once the procedure is done, you may be prompted to restart your computer.
  9. Close the Anti-Malware and continue with the next step.
