Dear Freind, Thank you for your great description. I followed your instruction one by one, but the result was not what I expect. all the output file was having dll and TXT extension. please can you help to understand the result that I had it. Thank you in advance.

Make sure that at the step of choosing the types of files that you want to recover, you have selected what you need. If the Data recovery tool, in any case, does not restore the files you need, then these files have been damaged or overwritten by the ransomware. This means it is impossible to restore your files.
