anyone know solutions?.

If your files are encrypted with the online key, they cannot be decrypted. There are no other recovery methods other than those described in the article (https://www.myantispyware.com/2019/12/04/how-to-recover-encrypted-files-ransomware-file-recovery/). If the methods described in this article did not help you, then I advise you to back up your important files and wait until decryption becomes possible.
