If I install a new licenced NPAV or Bitdefender antivirus software , possible to decrypt all my files by these antivirus ?

Antivirus software cannot help you decrypt encrypted files, but it has the ability to scan your computer, find and remove ransomware. Since OPQZ is a new version of the STOP Djvu ransomware, decryption of encrypted files is possible only if they are encrypted with an offline key. More on this here:
