Apparently, your computer has been infected with a malware that belongs to STOP (djvu) ransomware family. Today, there is one way to decrypt files encrypted with STOP (djvu) ransomware – is to use a free EmsiSoft STOP (djvu) decryptor. This decryptor has one limitation, it can only decrypt files encrypted with an offline key. Unfortunately, in your case, it looks like your files were encrypted with an online key, so you cannot decrypt them. The reason for this is that only criminals, the authors of the virus, have online keys. But you have a small chance to recover the contents of encrypted files – is to use data recovery utilities. More on this in the following guide:
How to recover ransomware encrypted files.
