My Firefox browser has been randomly redirecting to various spam sites for a few days now. I’ve reinstalled the browser, but it does not help.

Once reinstalling the Firefox browser did not help you remove these “Firefox redirects”, then your computer is infected with adware. The adware is a malicious software that created in order to force users to visit ads some of which can be malicious or misleading.
