Then go to ‘Add/Remove Programs’ or ‘Uninstall a program’ (Windows 7 or Vista) as shown on the screen below.
Carefully browse through the list of installed applications and get rid of all applications that has the name like “Weather Inspect”. We recommend to click ‘Installed programs’ and even sorts all installed applications by date. Press Windows and R keys on the keyboard together. This displays a dialog box that titled with Run. In the text field, type “taskschd.msc” (without the quotes) and click OK. Task Scheduler window opens. In the left-hand side, click “Task Scheduler Library”, like below.

Pay attention to that it launches on your system. Found something like “explorer.exe http://site.address” or “chrome.exe http://site.address”, then get rid of this malicious task. If you are not sure that executes the task, check it through a search engine. If it’s a component of the unwanted programs, then this task also should be removed.
Having defined the task that you want to get rid of, then click on it with the right mouse button and choose Delete like below.
Repeat this step, if you have found a few tasks which have been created by unwanted software. Once is finished, close the Task Scheduler window.
Remove Weather Inspect adware from Google Chrome
Like other modern browsers, the Google Chrome has the ability to reset the settings to their default values and thereby restore the web browser’s settings like start page, newtab and default search engine that have been changed by the Weather Inspect adware that causes internet browsers to display annoying pop up ads.
Open the Google Chrome menu by clicking on the button in the form of three horizontal stripes (). It will show the drop-down menu. Next, click to “Settings” option.

Once the downloading process is done, close all software and windows on your computer. Double-click the install file named mb3-setup. If the “User Account Control” prompt pops up as on the image below, click the “Yes” button.
It will open the “Setup wizard” which will help you install MalwareBytes on your computer. Follow the prompts and don’t make any changes to default settings.
Once installation is finished successfully, click Finish button. MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) will automatically start and you can see its main screen as on the image below.
Now press the “Scan Now” button to perform a system scan for the Weather Inspect adware which created to reroute your web-browser to various ad web pages. This process can take some time, so please be patient. While the tool is checking, you can see count of objects and files has already scanned.
After finished, you will be shown the list of all found threats on your system. Review the results once the tool has complete the system scan. If you think an entry should not be quarantined, then uncheck it. Otherwise, simply click “Quarantine Selected” button.
