That worked. Although I was lucky in having another computer to follow the directions and this really worked. My PC actually runs better than it did before it was infected. My only sujestion would be to compile all the programs that needed to be downloaded into one zip file so the user can click just once and install all the required programs. As you know once your PC is infected, trying to download 4 separate times is almost impossible. But anyway, it worked and I thank you. All I can say is WOW. That worked.
