The software go rid of many other infections, but this one. It says it has been quarantined and removed, but it doesnt get rid of it. Coincidental or related is that I cannot get into Ebay or Paypal with my computer. I type in the password and I am directed to a page which wants to collect everything, eg. SS#, mothers maiden name, credit card accounts, bank accounts... I called Paypal. They cant help. Any suggestions?
